"Deanna currently coaches track and field at both high school and college levels. In health sciences, she holds an associate’s degree. To broaden and improve her knowledge, she is currently studying nutrition, strength and conditioning, and exercise recovery. Deanna has been a year round athlete for about ten years. As an athlete, she has developed an interest in fitness and strength conditioning. Over the past few years she has also grown to have a huge love and passion for working out and staying fit! Having coaches push her to her limits and help shape her into the person she is today, has inspired her to want to do the same for others. By personal training, Deanna hopes to be the change in improving people’s lives, aid them in reaching their fitness goals, and help them grow."

"Colleen has a passion for fitness and has always felt the calling to share that passion with others. A former professional competitive bodybuilder with an extensive background in fitness, she began teaching group exercise in 2009 and received her NASM personal training certification that same year. In 2015 Colleen received her 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher Certification) and furthered that education in 2019 by receiving her 500-hour E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Certification). Along the way she qualified in TRX and received certifications in aerial yoga, Y12SR, gravity yoga, Yoga Shred, meditation, yin yoga level 1 and 2, reiki and TRX for yoga. Additionally, she has completed numerous continuing education courses in fitness, mobility, and body mechanics. Colleen is available for one-on-one personal training, group personal training and private yoga sessions."
