Deanna is a certified personal trainer and coach at The Mill Family Fitness Center. With a background in track and field coaching at both the high school and college levels, she brings years of athletic experience and a deep understanding of performance and training. Holding an associates degree in Health Science and a certification in Nutrition, Deanna combines education with passion to help clients succeed. She has also earned multiple TRX Certifications in Suspension, Functional, Yoga, and Pilates! Deanna's mission is to inspire positive change, support clients in reaching their fitness goals, and help them grow stronger, healthier, and more confident- both in and out of the gym!

Colleen is a NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and E-RYT500 Yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a former professional competitive bodybuilder, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session, blending strength training, functional fitness, and yoga to help clients achieve well-rounded results. Colleen has been teaching yoga for more than 8 years and continues to share her love for fitness through both in-person training and her growing online platform. She believes that fitness and nutrition are never one-size-fits-all- every program she creates is tailored to the individual's unique goals, needs, and lifestyle. Colleen is dedicated to providing clients with the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed - not just in fitness, but in creating a healthier way of life.
