TRX 101: Learn and master strap adjustments, directional cues, and the 7 foundational movements (PUSH, PULL, PLANK, HINGE, LUNGE, SQUAT, and ROTATE). This class is a perfect intro to what TRX programming has to offer!

SPINNING® ($)*

Involves a 45-minute ride on a stationary bike. During the duration of a SPIN® class, a rider should anticipate a mix of fast-pace sprints, pounding jumps and epic hills, all timed to the beat of the music. A SPIN® class is a great cardio vascular workout that builds endurance and strength at the same time. Level: Beginners to Experts. Each rider caters their individual ride to their own needs.

BOUNCE & BURN

Rebounding type of aerobic exercise on a mini trampoline. Did you know that 10 minutes of rebounding is as effective as 25-30 minutes of jogging? Increase muscular strength, improve posture, balance, and coordination while protecting your joints.

Great classic step aerobics class that focuses on cardio conditioning - all routines are choreographed to heart-pumping, fun music to keep you energized! There will be low & high-impact options to fit any fitness level!

BODY BLAST

Approximately 50-minute class comprised of mid to high intensity body weight training, blending both interval and strength exercises. This class consists of plenty of cardio, weights, and abs - to get an extra high calorie burn which will push you to the MAX! You will never get the same class twice!

Zumba

A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
